Complimentary Interior Design Consultation:

Before you begin any design project you should start with a plan. We offer a complimentary In-Home Design Consultation. Generally one hour will be spent touring your home or space while discussing what is working for you and what is not. We will listen to your goals, ideas and concerns and review any design challenges that may exist. Be prepared to answer questions about yourself, your desires for the space and what you plan to spend for the project so we can tailor the requirements of your design to match your requirements, style and budget.

Design Plans

Following the initial consultation, you will decide on the design plan that best works for you. We offer three space design plan options.

Level One-Design Concept Plan:

This plan is good for do-it-yourselfers and people who want professional advice. After our initial consultation, we will prepare a concept board featuring suggested colors, floor plan and suggestions for furnishings and accessories, window treatments, etc. We will provide you with a plan to follow so you can implement your design with the confidence of having a professionally designed plan and a designer a phone call away.

Level Two-Personal Interior Design Plan

This plan requires a second consultation which is an in-depth discussion to review the scope of your project. We will discuss your ideas, our initial recommendations and your planned involvement such as are you planning on doing all or some of the project yourself or hiring contractors, etc. We will determine the form, function and mood for each space. We will also review your budget and any concerns or challenges affecting the implementation of the project.

Based on the ideas discussed during the project review, Rancho Interior Design will develop a detailed plan for your project. This plan is a valuable tool for you that includes a detailed checklist based on the specific goals of your project. This plan can include the following:

Suggestions for structural improvements and new purchases, floor plans with furniture layouts, custom color schemes, lighting plans, flooring, hard surface materials, window treatments, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, proper size and scale furnishings, area rugs, bedding, art, accessories and shopping resources.

You will be presented with this detailed "How To" plan ready for implementation. Next step is to fine tune the design plan by making any necessary adjustments before finalizing your selections. We will also obtain cost estimates from suppliers to help you in your decision making.

Level Three-Design, Purchasing, Installation and Project Management Plan

This plan includes all our design and buying services and on-site supervision of the project. For busy executives, working couples, people living out of area, or anyone who prefers to have it all done for them this is the best plan to choose. We will design, specify and order products, supervise trades, receive deliveries, meet with contractors, make on the spot design decisions and do whatever is needed to make sure the job is done correctly and completed on time. Our team of recommended professional trades people combined with our project management services can greatly reduce the stress of hiring and coordinating multiple contractors.

Draperies & Custom Window Treatments:

Beautiful custom window treatments can transform any room. We will design and fabricate exciting window treatments customized to suit your window styles and budget and expertly install them in your home. Choose from hundreds of designer fabrics and hardware options. We offer decorative as well as functional window coverings including woven wood shades, wood and composite shutters, blinds and motorized shades all custom sized and expertly installed in your home.

Home Staging Services
