In-Home Consultations:

Before you begin any design project, large or small you need to have a plan. We offer a one-on-one In-Home Consultation with our lead designer. Generally one hour will be spent touring your home while discussing what is working for you and what is not and your vision for the space. We will listen to your goals, ideas, and concerns and review any design challenges that may exist. Our Designer will offer initial ideas and suggestions for your project. Our comprehensive questionnaire will help you identify your goals, requirements, style and budget and help us also in preparing a design plan that works for you.

Turn-Key Design Plan:

Following your Design Consultation we can develop a detailed conceptual plan for your project based on the ideas discussed during your meeting with our designer. The detailed plan will be prepared and presented to you and can include sketches, photographs and material samples for your approval.  Depending on your project this may include suggestions for; structural improvements, floor plans with furniture layouts, custom color schemes, proper size, scale and style furnishings, lighting plans, flooring, window treatments, cabinetry and accessories including art, bedding, rugs and decorative accents. We will include cost estimates to help you in your final decision making.

Express Design Plan:

Start with your In-Home Consultation. Then our Designer plans your design project remotely. She sends you floor plans, images and product info via email for your approval. Upon your approval, we will place your orders and have the products delivered directly to you. This is a great option for decorating projects. DIY Design Consultations:

We offer Do-It-Yourself Design Consultations for people who prefer to DIY their project. This is a very affordable way to get professional design help. Many people have ideas but do not know where to begin or how to create a cohesive design. That’s where we can help. Why go it alone? Why make costly mistakes?  You want to get the plan right the first time. Working with a professional designer will guarantee your project is done right from the start.  We begin with an In-Home Consultation. We will listen to your goals, ideas, and concerns and review any design challenges that may exist. Working within your budget, our Designers will create a design that fits your requirements. We will then present the design to you. Upon your approval we will give you a comprehensive list with the materials you need to implement the design. (If you prefer to use our buying services we can offer discounts on material purchases as well.) Then armed with the completed  design plan you implement the design.

Custom Window Treatments:

Our custom window treatments are fabricated in our drapery workroom located in Vista, California. Window treatments include: draperies, panels, cornice boxes, Roman shades and custom bedding. We have thousands of fabrics and designer hardware to create the perfect window treatments for your space. We also carry functional window treatments including; wood and composite blinds, woven wood shades, panel track shades, cell shades and more.  Window treatments are carefully designed, measured and expertly installed in your home.

Furnishings and Accessories:

We have a wide range of resources including upholstery and case goods lines who sell to the trade only, allowing us to offer you excellent pricing on custom furnishings. Our vendors are always adding new styles to their lines to enable us to design truly custom pieces you will not find in any retail store. We also partner with retailers such as Pottery Barn who offer trade discounts we can pass on to our clients.

Accessories put the finishing touch on any residential project. We have hundreds of accessory resources including area rugs, mirrors, art, lighting, decorative accessories and more. We will select the appropriate pieces to complete your rooms for a true, finished designer look.

Custom Cabinetry:

Our outstanding finished carpenters build beautiful cabinetry to our design specifications including: media units, TV wall panels, kitchen and bath cabinetry, closets, banquettes and custom furniture.

Flooring:

Whether you prefer hard wood, engineered wood, LVP, tile or carpet, we will recommend, select and expertly install the best products for your entire home.

Kitchen and Bath Remodels:

We can work with your General Contractor to plan your kitchen and bath remodel. We will guide you in the selections of materials such as tile, quartz, flooring and fixtures and offer you purchasing options.
