This couple loves Traditional design and have many lovely pieces, enjoys music and loves to entertain. The clients needed help in space planning, choosing colors and creating a warm home. The formal dining room was not essential to them and they wanted to have a space for a pool table. Our challenge was to create a warm, inviting, comfortable home for this couple and their two musician sons incorporating their cherished heirlooms. We designed a beautiful color palette for them and decided to make the dining room a billiard room. For the room, we added a chair rail and designed a custom bar and shelf. The remodel included carpet, shutters, lighting, faux painting the fireplace, draperies, custom furnishings-sofa, chairs, tables, reupholstery, and area rugs. The result – a Traditional home the family loved and received many compliments on. Note-they recently sold their home in just two days for above asking price and many commented that the house looked “Like a model home”.
